The factory is equipped with 4 production lines for Single - sided Coating Machine, utilizing high-precision micro-gravure coating heads and closed-loop tension control technology to achieve uniform coverage with a protective film coating thickness error of ≤±1μm. It automatically corrects deviations to ensure no bubbles, no crystallization, and no stripes in the UV curing/thermal curing process. It supports ultra-thin coating of 10μm. Specially designed for products with smooth flat surfaces such as ceramics, stainless steel, and acrylic, our protective film products have established strategic partnerships with many well-known domestic tile brands.
Equipped with a negative-pressure dual-cavity vacuum box and an electrostatic edge pressing device, it ensures the stability of the film melt during production. Thin-walled high-efficiency cooling and forming roll, featuring a special spiral flow channel design, ensures consistent film setting effect during high-speed production.
